You can still refund items purchased on BestBeirut.com within a maximum of 3 days from the date the shipment was received. Your refund will be credited in your account for future purchases.

Damaged/Defected Items Policy
Any damaged/defected item must be reported directly to BestBeirut.com team within maximum of 2 days from the date the shipment was received.
Please allow up to 7 working days for refund or exchange processing.
All items purchased on BestBeirut.com must be unworn, unwashed, unused and with all product tags attached as delivered to your place. All items must be accompanied by BestBeirut.com official invoice or else the policy is INVALID.
We cannot, under any circumstances Refund or Exchanges any items or any Damaged/Defected items purchased on BestBeirut.com after the grace period as per our policy.
